I have been trying to set up an email account. I successfully put in
all the information, down load the email, send some mail and then log
off. Next time I start Pegasus, after sigining in (we have several users
using the Pegasus for email, the others have no problem) I am asked to
complete the configuration again! This has happened 4 times in a row
tonight. I cannot figure out why the configuration is disappearing after
I close the program for this one particular user.

Looks like the pmail.ini file is not getting saved on exit. Most likely there is either something wrong with this users access to his mailbox directory or PMail is crashing on closing. Try and close out everything you can and delete the deleted messages folder so that at least these functions are not the problem.
