Hi folks, and sorry about such a basic question, but I bought a license for Mercury/32 and I can't figure out how to install it.  I've read the manual, FAQ, forum, and anything else I can find, but no luck.  Can someone tell me where I can input the license so that I can run this server as a windows service?

Dump the mercury.lic file into the same directory as mercury.exe and reboot Mercury.

Thanks. Where do you get the mercury.lic file?  All I received was a paypal receipt with no attachments.  I've received no other emails and there were no downloads available on the license purchase screen that I saw.  There's no exiting mercury.lic file on my computer.

 I'm sure I'm overlooking something obvious but I'm at a loss.  My emails to support have so far been unreturned.  I'd appreciate any help.  Thanks.

David will respond, usually within a day, using the domain pmail.gen.nz telling you where to download the license file.  Make sure your anti-spam is not blocking the domain.

Well, it's been a week since I paid for my license and I have received no reply to my emails other than the auto-reply to confirm receipt.  Does anyone know of a contact other than the ones shown through the web site?  My manager is going to make me uninstall if I can't get it to run as a service.

My apologies for this - for some reason, PayPal did not send me a notification that you had made the payment. When I actually went into the account and checked, it was there though. I've now released the license - you should already have the download details. If they're not there, or if there's another problem, please contact me directly at David.Harris@pmail.gen.nz.
