Most probably caused by messages containing overlong lines not conforming to the relevant Internet rules ("RFCs"), usually HTML. David Harris is currently working on this. In some cases you can work around these issues: If replying select all text, then choose "selected text" in the upcoming dialog, if forwarding messages select the "as attachment" option. For printing try using the HTML print processing via <Ctrl + Shift + P>.
