I don't regard this as a false alarm, just a different issue to figure out ...

Hi
cannot print out the total text in long e-mails that I receive. I get the
first 150 words or thereabouts. I thought the problem may have been
that the set up in the printer I was sending it to was not correct but it
all appears okay. I have tried sending it to another printer and it is
exactly the same. If you can help it would be most appreciated.

It's probably the same issue as reported in this thread or that thread. You may try BearHtml's HTML message print processing (Ctrl + Shift + P (corrected, thanks Martin)), though.

Any news on the fix - I am experiencing this more and more often -- emails from several of
the companies I am working with gets affected when replying, forwarding or printing it is
becoming really annoying...
The worst thing is really that printing and printing to pdf get´s impossible without copying
all the text and pasting it into a new document. I also use batch pdf-exporting and that
gets totally impossible.
Any news on when there could be a fix to try?? After more than 10 years of using Pegasus
this has become the biggest "issue" so far for me. Hoping for a quick resolution!
Does anyone know if there is a benefit in upgrading from 4.51 to 4.52 linked to thhis problem with forwarding and printing!?
There is none. David Harris is preparing an "intermediate" release, though (without any predicatable dating).

Thanks "idw" - then I will try to wait for that release - really hope it will not be too long off since at least the way I work this is a really serious issue...
I understand these things require a lot of work. I am among those having paid in money based on Davids request to support the future of Pegasus and
to mee things like this is more important to fix than getting a lot of new fancy stuff....
Thanks for reply!

Believe me, I bugged David Harris a lot, and not only since this thread was started ...

Sorry, I can't do anything more about it, but if you're a member of "The Thousand" (donators) I think you've got a good reason to complain directly to David Harris ...

I hate to be a "thread bumper", but I am coming under more and more pressure from our users as a greater quantity of emails have the text cut off in replies, forwards and printing. I have given them the different workarounds, inconvenient as they are, but I increasingly hear "Why doesn't _____ mailer have this problem?" I understand this should be fixed in the next version, so I'm bumping this thread as a reminder that the problem still exists. I don't know how much longer I will be able to hold out before my boss comes to me and demands that we change mail systems. Please help, I don't want to lose Pegasus!

I really hope this is true.... I would hate to leave Pegasus after +10 years but unless this is fixed soon I will
have to look for alternatives - being able to forward documents and print documents without hazzel is so
Basic. Really looking forward to this.
Will it be a new version, an update or just a fix?

OK - so a version 4,61! Looking forward to it and as long as it fixes the printing and forwarding issues
that has made me so frustrated I will be happy! Maybe there are other goodies also!
:-)
Thanks for info - hope it will come soon! Jon
My boss just came in and told me that he is fed up and wants to be done with all the problems, and suggested we just go to Outlook. I'm busy at the moment and so can postpone this a few days. Hopefully before then a fix/patch/upgrade of Pegasus is available. Any news at all would be helpful!

With some luck you may get satisfied this week, but it's only David Harris who decides on this ...
