Managing Autofilter Folders

radhx has two good points there. I have occasionally made the same wish as his first point myself. I imagine that if one had many autofilter rules, his second point would become useful too.

I would also note that I don't seem to be able to find a way to access the autofilter management screen via the menus. One has to right-click a folder it seems. Is that the only way to discover the feature? Surely it should be under Tools | Mail Filtering Rules...

Hi,

Suggestions for "Manage Autofilter Folders..." screen:

1] Similar to "Remove Address" button, can we have a "Add Address" button? This will help adding multiple/known addresses for an entity rather than waiting to get a mail from that email id.

2] At present folders are listed in the order of entry. Can we have a sorting mechanism by clicking on the Folder column so the folders are displayed in alphabetical order?

Thanks & Regards,

Rad.

I think users should be able to set autofiltering so that it filters only read mail when the new mail folder is closed.

It makes no sense to have to go through dozens of folders to find your new mail.
