Is there a way to refresh search results

II was hoping for a way to rerun or refresh an existing search. It seems the save and load you speak of are only available when creating a search in that dialog.

I know how to search. The Recent search results show my searches. Is there any way to update or refresh those results? I often find I would like to run the same search again. Right now I delete the search and recreate it.

In the 'Search folders for text' screen, there are Load and Save buttons to save search details for re-use.
