Mail not moving to main file

The more important question is the number of message in your new mail folder as Pegasus Mail stops auto-processing if a certain limit is exceeded?

I have V4.52 on Windows 7 32-bit.

Read mail is not moving from new mail to mainfile. Relevant box has been unchecked under options.

Cannot get latest messages on top of list rather than end of list.

Was working correctly until recently.

Do I need to uninstall/reinstall Pegasus and if so do I lose mail in folders?

Could main file be full and if so could I move or archive it. Has about 600 messages in it.
