<p>hi,</p><p>since it's not clearly stated in the "what's new" pages, i'd like to ask if licensing has changed from previous versions to the new, promising!, 4.51. </p><p>it seems to me that a couple of paragraphs are new: </p><p>"Mercury/32 is provided as a free service for non-commercial users. For commercial users, modestly-priced licenses are available for purchase - please click here for more information on ordering licenses and the terms associated with them." "If you are a non-commercial user and are running the program free of charge, you agree to be governed and bound by the following license terms in your use of the Mercury/32 program." </p><p>they were not there in previous help file. </p><p>should not this be mentioned also in the "what's new" section? </p><p>also, in the faqs it goes: "How much does Mercury cost to register? <em>Nothing - the software is free.
