Hey all, not sure what to do here very new to pegasus mail. I have a client who runs v4.52 he has multiple files and flders. Whenever he moves mail from a folder to another folder, it causes the software to rash and the only way out is to force teh computer to shut down. is there a log file or a way i can work out how or what is causing this?

There is a way, but why don't you try upgrading to version 4.61 as it fixes lots of crash reasons? Although this crash sounds more like a system issue (AV scanner?) than anything else ... The other way involves using the MiniDump extension.
