Can't View Attachment in Windows 7

Thomas,

Sorry, to bother you about this.  It was my ignorance that caused this.  In my older version of Pegasus I remember that I was able to d-click on the attachment filename and it would open, so that's what I tried.  You quickly responded by telling me about the 'open' button, which works just fine.

Thank you very much for your help.

I just installed Windows 7 and Pegasus mail 4.61 .

When I click on an attachment (pdf file) it just blinks the filename.

No context menu shows up when I right-click.

I am new to WIndows 7 and am not knowledgable about the permission problems.  I don't get a login screen when I boot up, and am logged in as a user, apparently not admin.  I don't know how to get logged in as admin and don't understand why I should need to in order to view and save attachments.  Please help.

Not sure what to tell you, what application do you have registered to view PDF applications?  Pegasus Mail by default will use the registered application when you highlight the attachment and then hit open.  You can also go to Tools | Options | Content viewers and setup the application you want to open an attachment.
