for incoming emails
ive reinstalled the program and unchecked "do not permit SMTP ...."(like before)
You should have this control box checked, and the one below it 'Use strict local relaying restrictions' as well.  Otherwise you are likely to become an open relay and used by spam senders anywhere.  Read the help to understand why.

If that causes a problem with using the server for your outgoing mail, you may have to allow relaying from your internal address block.

I'm guessing since you munged some very critical information.  Looks like you are trying to send mail where there is no match in the domain listing so this is non-local mail.  You are blocking relaying (really good idea) so it is rejecting because you have not turned on ESMTP authorization to allow the authorized sender to relay mail off the server.  Check out Configuration | MercuryS | Connection control | Help for additional details.

You also might post your mercury.ini file without changes so that we can help you get this properly configured.

the lines are now coming in the queue folder along with other logs in the same file (and it seems that i have them in multiple files) and then the file has another name.

i try to find a way to separate the incoming plain text from other logs in the same file.

ive reinstalled the program and unchecked "do not permit SMTP ...."(like before)

ive sended an email to mercury.

 it is the text incuding:

T 20110317 014255 4d8166d6 DATA - 40 lines, 2258 bytes.

and then the program try to send back something:

included text: "RCPT TO:<senderaddress@yahoo.com>"

"Message accepted for delivery"

and then i got many:"Processing failed deliveries" and "Notification discarded - potential loop" and the queue box is growing.

how to not send something back when i got the email?

ive unchecked "send copies of all errors to the postmaster"

the loop is ending

but after the process the emails are deleted from the queue and i dont know how to retrive it.

so i only have a small window to see the email

the email isnt in Local mailbox

how to keep the incoming email?

the last resort for the problem was to add special permission as a windows admin to the files in the folder and to prevent the program from removing them. now i can use both linux and windows
