If you enable IMAP with you email server you can transfer the emails without losing the dates or sender.  I know Gmail supports IMAP.  I don't know about DSLextreme.

<p>I have a mess right now.  I'll try to describe it.</p><p>My ISP DSLExtreme.com uses Gmail for their server.</p><p>I had Pmail setup to delete email from the server.  I was downloading my email to my Android phone (Evo 4g) and I didn't know it was also deleting email from the server so all my email wasn't going to Pmail.  So now I have some of my email in Pmail and some on my phone.  There are 3178 emails on my phone.</p><p>If I forward each individual email one at a time it shows in Pmail as though it was sent from me instead of the original sender.  I have filters in Pmail that determine which folder to put the email in depending on the headers.</p><p>Does anyone know of a way to forward all emails (at once. Not individually) from a Android phone  preserving the headers?</p><p>I'm thinking maybe there is a way to copy all emails to the SD card, then copy them to my PC and then drop them into the Pmail folder.  I have no idea if they are in the same format.</p><p> </p><p>Thanks,</p><p> </p><p>Docfxit </p>
