When I start Peg get this error:"
"Pegasus Mail has encountered an operating system error while attempting to load the extension 'MiniDump'. The error code returned by Windows was: "The specified module could not be found.".
I'd appreciate any help!

You obviously had the MiniDump extension installed previously: If you don't want to reinstall it delete the file MiniDump.fff from either Pegasus Mail's program directory or your mailbox directory (depending on your choice during installation).
