Thank you for your response. It didn't work, but that's not the whole story, I appreciated the quick, knowledgeable response. I ended up re-loading and copying back files by trial and error.

I hope someone can help.

I have a number of folders on my directory tree, with trays within each, including a Public directory.

I recently upgraded to the latest version. I then had a lot of trouble with my PC and most directories vanished, but the Public directory remained.

I had my PC reloaded with Windows 7 Home Premium. Once I received it back, I re-loaded version 4.52 and copied across myfiles from the previous installation.

Several directories do not show and I have also lost my various address books.

I have tried renaming HIERARCH, so that Pegasus recreates it, but nothing has changed.

Can anyone give me some pointers pse?
