[Problem]Assign separate email to specific folder & Sending Junk

Hello I am a new user and I have two problems.

First:

When I download new mails I want them to be downloaded directly in to a folder that represent the e-mail address.

Example:

I have two e-mails, a@blabla.com and b@blabla.com.

Now, when I download mail from both they will be put in the main "New Mail" folder.

What I want, is to create two folders called "a@blabla.com" and "b@blabla.com". Then the if I download the mail, it will automatically be put in those folders.

a@blabla.com's mails will be put in the a@blabla.com's folder etc...

Second:

When I send an e-mail it will be treated as junk for the receiver. Any way to fix this?

First create the folders you want, then create the Incoming Mail rule using the "if any of these headers" click From content checkmark and fill in the address to detect in the "contains this text". Then on the same screen go down to Actions and select Move from the dropdown list. And finally click "set" to select the folder to put the message in (just created above). When that is done, click OK. Repeat as many times as required.  Shutdown and restart Pegasus Mail and your rule(s) are active.
