"Copies to Self" - stopped working...

One one of our computers (running XP Pro) the "Copies to Self" function ceased working about a week ago.

A Forum search has not proviuded a solution to the problem.

I have renamed this to "COPIES" but this still does not capture any copies being sent. Is there a fix, or do I have to create an action filter to now perform this task?

Your input, advice and hopefully solution is keenly sought.
