Talk to the people running the POP3 server.  You might want to show them a session log of the failed POP3 download as well.</p><p> </p>

I also tried different providers, also the same prob...!!!![:'(] </p><p>Without beeing too much involved in these things I think it might be a special excel version, may be the new one which set´s the file marginally different. I have an empty excel file with only one tab and no content, which reproduces the problem at any time... - I would like to send it to anyone, who can check out... - how could I do?? </p><p>Below the error dialog, pegasus presents, what else might bei helpful...??
