Like all our users the email folder is on our mail server which runs Mercury 4.73. I had a similar problem on my own system after I had been running Windows 7 for a while, in my case uninstalling and deleting PMail, then re installing fixed the problem. I tried this approach on this user's system but to no avail. Does anyone know what I can do to rectify this issue?
Thanks
Chris
