The only way around this issue was to reinstall a fresh copy of version 4.6.2 thanks to Jerry Wise. This problem is as such closed. Thanks Jerry.

<P>I have tried to upgrade my Pegasus version 4.4.1 to version 4.6.2. I am currently running Windows XP. The issue I have is, after the upgrade I am unable to open Pegassus.
