• Export them to CSV-Format
• Import those files to Excel and sort columns as desired by Pegasus, eliminate those not necessary, export as tab-delimited file.
• Import tab-delimited file in Pegasus adressbook

In fact I worry about this excel， and afraid if will be a mess after imported, since the format are so different.

You don't need to worry about Excel (or any other spreadsheet program capable importing and exporting CSV). The current addressbook of Pegasus doesn't support more fields, so you have to delete some columns from other addressbooks.

I've done that several times and it works fine.
