AW: missing message from just one folder after doing copy to self

Check your setting on Tools => Options => Copies to self. Next copy all messages from the failing folder to a new one (different name), delete the old one and rename it to the previous name, try again (but you may have to adjust any filter rules involving this folder).

Win XP 4.62 build 191

Things usually work fine but on a few occasions copy to self does not work on a specific mail folder, sending again and saving in another folder works. I tried reindexing, no change.

Has happened about 5 times over more than one version. There is no message, I just click on the folder I want and all appears fine, but message not saved. Any ideas?

Do you have two (or more) folders with identical names?
