Thank you Did not see anything out of the ordianary.

I went in and deleted all of the filters I had set up for the folder and then tried again.  It went into my inbox.  There must have been some filter set up that was transferring them to my deleted box.  There were too many to go through all of them so I'll just start all over with the filtering rules.

Have been using Pegasus for about 2-3 months.

IIn my folder section I have a new mail inbox and a deleted box

 Everything was working fine but now all of a sudden today, all of my new mail is being automatically transferred to my deleted box  I have to go to delted box to read my new email . 

I don't remember turning anything on/off that would overnight cause this problem.  I downloaded the v4.62 today but that certainly didn't solve my problem

Any suggestions....

You must have changed something. The Inbox is simply a directory, were newly downloaded mails reside as files. The deleted box is a file with deleted mails in.

Have a look at your filters on inbox. If there is nothing relevant, disable spamholder and content filtering and try again. Or are you doing selective download via POP3? I don't use that but may be there's an option like "download all and delete".
