Funny - perhaps changed lettersize or dpi in windows? Aynway ...

  • stop Pegasus
  • Edit STATE.PMJ
  • Remove in Section [General] all lines with V4*=... and save them into another textfile
  • problem should be solved, but now all windowsizes and openingplaces are deleted
  • if so, you may overwrite all V4*-entries from saved textfile one by one (interim starting and stopping Pegasus) until the error occurs again. Then you know, which line is relevant for the error (/me don't know)

Happy testing [:)]

I don't think this will help, it looks pretty much like a system font size setting issue of some kind - but then it should affect other applications as well.

Hi FJR

No, i have not changed lettersize or dpi in windows.
No Editing State.pmj didn't solved the problem.
i also tried with Pmail.ini (deleting it)

Neither one helped

thanks any way for your suggestion

hi idw

Hmm ... I'm shure it's something in STATE.PMJ (it has been everytime I had problems with missing parts of subwindows in Pegasus). Is there any entry, where there is a minus in one of the coordinates?

Another idea: Temporrily change  resolution in windows, start Pegasus, stop it, switch resolution back and have a look at Pegasus and the configurationwindow. Sorry ... just try + error.

Olaf, this applies only to Pegasus Mail's MDI windows (reader, editor, folder etc.), not to a standard Windows dialog as used by the window affected here (without very few exceptions, I believe the folder selection dialog for moving messages is one of these).

Try changing the system font back to normal instead of large fonts.
