-ROAM is the right thing to solve this problem!

As the stick is already protected with the U3-System,  with this option I can run PM from any XP-Computer, no more Sign-In is required.

Hello,

 I did install Pegasus on a U3-USB-Stick which works fine until I am on the computer I did install it from.

When I bring the stick to another computer (same OS Win XP without Pegasus installed) at startup it asks for my "user name".

and I am not able to sign in. 

Which "user name" does it mean?

Probably  "Admin" when it's a standard stand-alone installation. However, do you start with the "-ROAM" option in your command line? I use a batch-file which has just the line

\Apps\Pmail\Programs\winpm-32.exe -ROAM in it. That works fine for me, no need to fill in the username.

Of course you have to change the italic bit into your own path, not using a drive letter.
