AW: Filter Function - inconsistent
Has anyone run across this before?
Yep ... and allways there has been a wrong definition in my rules or misunderstanding about the result of a special definition.

Hmm ... which version of Pegasus did you use before? Maybe a version without SPAM-halter? Is SPAM-halter activated ? Pegasus first executes SPAM-halter (which you should have some training with like in all other mailprograms with automated junkfilters) and than your filtering rules. Training can i.e. be done in preview mode via the "traffic light" at right of the informationbar above the messagepreview. You have to reclassify false positive or negative. After some weeks of training SPAM-halter worked about 99,9% correct for me.

BTW: Up to date would be PM463

Hi:

Since I downloaded 4.61 my filter function seems erratic.  Some rules work fine, others don't at all and just sit in my Junk/suspicious.  I've redone them, to no avail.  I can see them in the list, but they don't filter.  The tool seems idiot-proof, I've never had filtering issues with this or Outlook at work, but now I do have this inconsistent pattern.  Has anyone run across this before?  thanks for any ideas

bob
