My computer recently crashed, wiping out all my data. I think I had my Pegasus files -- including the address book and distribution lists, as well as catalogued email exchanges -- backed up via Carbonite, a service that automatically backs up files into the cloud. Now that my computer is re-invigorated, I downloaded all my files from Carbonite, but cannot seem to locate any Pegasus files. I have installed the most recent version of Pegasus, but it does not recognize any files, either. So, two questions:
(1) What would the file extensions and/or filenames be for Pegasus when they are backed up with such a service? This will help in trying to locate files.
(2) Once I have located and downloaded the files, how do I get the new version to read and catalogue the backed up files?
Thank you for your assistance. It always has been very helpful in the past.
Michael
