I somehow disabled the Print Preview Mode in PMail , I have most recent version.
What do I do to get it back?

Pegasus Mail doesn't provide a global print preview option, IERenderer does (check its configuration via its toolbar button), and BearHtml provides an experimental one as well (to be enabled via its INI-file), so which HTML renderer do you use?

That's weird, when I downloaded the last but one version of Pmail I was automatically offered the chance to preview before Printing , one day I declined the preview and it never reappeared

Like I said, it's an option of IERenderer and only applies to HTML (formatted) messages: You can enable it in IERenderer's configuration dialog.
