HELP - need to recover an accidentally deleted distribution list

Your distribution lists are *.pml files. They should be in the same directory as your address books and your mail folders.

HELP PLEASE! I accidentally deleted one of my important email

distribution lists. I will try to recover it but need to know what is the file type and where it should

be restored to. Any other suggestions appreciated!
