I upgraded one of our customers to Pegasus Mail 4.63. They are running on Windows Server 2003 SP2
acting as a terminal services server.
Ever since then, I have a user encountering a problem. When exiting Pegasus Mail at the end of the day, they reliably get the following error :
"winpm-32 application error
The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x02772a08. Click on OK to terminate the program."
I tried installing the minidump extension and modified the Pegasus Mail shortcut to run it but it doesn't seem to trigger on this error. This seems to be the only problem the user is experiencing, and no other users are experiencing any issues on this server. I can't find any evidence of folder corruption, and her settings seem normal.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? We've been running Pegasus Mail since the v2 days and it is unusual for us to encounter a fault like this.
Thanks,
Gary Thorne
