smtp blacklist?

Ok,

its a random used IP.

My webside - ISP i canceled. I see no hope for getting access.

And i am by t-online. To use the smtprelay.t-online.de, how appreciated, i need to order the email-paket. This price is 5 Euro / Month.

I don´t like this.

I think there is no chance for tomorrow.

Yes, that is what the unilever.com mailserver is telling you. The rejection notice appears to have been truncated, but if your IP is listed you can probably find the blacklist here:

my isp i called, try to solve the problem with its emails. They didn't knew Mercury uptil now. So i am not sure if i can solve this in this way. I remember about Tibia IP Changer from Uni Regensburg. I downloaded, but i still don't have infos about Port (is 25 right?) and the comfort use.

Right, the SMTP protocol relies on port 25 being available. If your ISP blocks outgoing traffic on port 25 you can probably instead use MercuryC (SMTP relay client) and send outgoing emails through your ISP's server. If your IP is listed on one or more blacklists you can ask to have it removed from them, after making sure the reason for the listing has been taken care of.
553-mail rejected because your IP is in the PBL.
The 'PBL' may be this Spamhaus one - http://www.spamhaus.org/pbl/

In which case you may not have specifically done anything to 'get on' the list - it lists the IP blocks which are less likely to send mail directly.  So if you use MercuryE to send mail and you haven't registered your IP address, any server using this list may block your email.

The 550 error message indicates that a message was rejected because the recipient mailbox isn't on the receiving server (incorrect email address).

As that is a Hotmail server you can perhaps find some help here:

http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors

The problem could for instance be that your IP address is in a dynamically assigned IP range.

Yes, it is a hotmail account. Yust test it.

In meanwhile i check the problem, today is sunday and a workfree DAY.

Moreover like, i just do a another email and i got a bad man. They rejected me.

I give the example:

  550-"JunkMail rejected - p5b0926cc.dip.t-dialin.net (mail.xxx.org)

Hm, they are friends. ;)

Presumably the rejection message refers to the reverse DNS lookup on your IP address rather than the message itself. The word "dialin" indicates a dynamically assigned address, and quite many servers find that to be sufficient reason to refuse the message.

If your IP address is dynamically assigned you can switch to using the MercuryC module and relay outgoing mail through your Internet provider's SMTP server. If the address despite the name actually is fixed you could ask your ISP to change the PTR record for it.

Thanks,

your two ideas are good, but i can´t use it. My ISP don´t give an smtp-server for all (me), and i asked him about PTR Record. He don´t understand.

So let me moreover try.

To web.de

i got:

This is what your PTR record looks like and anyone blocking on the dial-up user list will probably reject connections from this IP address.  If this IP address was pointing to your domain name (i.e. fixed IP address for your domain) then it would probably be accepted.  If though this is a randomly assigned IP address then you really need to find a SMTP host someplace, almost all the major players reject connections from a randomly assigned IP address.

I would recommend that you get Yahoo Plus ($19 annually) and then send via the Yahoo SMTP host using MercuryC.

The PTR for

91.9.32.211 is p5B0920D3.dip.t-dialin.net. If that IP address actually is fixed and your ISP would allow changing the PTR record to a hostname in your domain, that might solve the problem.

If on the other hand the IP is dynamic your only option is probably to use a SMTP relay server. The one for your ISP appears to be smtprelay.t-online.de, but it seems you may need to purchase some special email service to use it. If you can't use it there are other SMTP services available on the Internet, including one provided by Gmail (sorry, don't have any details about that).
