Import / Export from/to other email programs

As I have been unable to find any reference anywhere I guess the answer the answer is "No".  [:)]  But on the other hand I might simply be blind!

Can Postbox import from other programs - particularly MS Outlook and/or Thunderbird?  Likewise can we export from Pbox to other programs.

Any advice will be appreciated.
