Closing all trays and reopening them

The only one that appears on Han's list is Left Arrow to  close current tray. No mention of closing all trays.

I have a pretty elaborate tray/folder structure, and I strategically keep certain trays open and others closed.

This leads to two problems:

1. There is some keystroke that closes all trays - I don't know what it is, but when I accidentally hit it, it messes up my system. What is that keystroke, so I can avoid it?

2. Is there some way to "save" a complex tray/folder structure, so I can quickly restore it if #1 happens?

Thanks!

#2 Hierarchy.pm in your Home Mailbox directory contains information on both folders and trays.

#1 If you right click on a tray entry in the folder list you will see a menu item "Close all trays"   No mention of a keystroke to do the same, but usually there is a key equivalent mentioned somewhere.
