I thought I had looked at everythingthing, but being  "Technically Challenged", I could not find the remedy

I have been using Pegasus mail for a long long time now, and this is my first issue ever ...

Hi All

My apologies if this is the wrong place to post my query.....

About 2 days ago I started noticing that when I hit the "reply to" button on an email, that the screen almost greys out and there is no box to type (which used to include ) the original mail.  The same is also happening when I press the "new Mail" button.... screen appears to grey out and no new box appears to write a new email

 I was using the older version of Pegasus mail and this morning downloaded the latest version, but I am still having the same issue.

Not being totally computer literate, I have no idea what is happening, although I have gone through all the tab options to see if something is not set correctly, but I am not 100% sure what I should be looking for

I suspect that it may be something small but have no idea on how to correct it

Hopefully, I have explained the issue correctly above and someone can help

It sounds like the new mail and reply to Windows are opening but are out of sight (off screen perhaps).  Try clicking the new mail button then go to pull down menu titled "Window" then select the "Tile" option.  This will tile all open windows making the new mail window visible if it was indeed out of sight.
