Can somebody tell me about the 'GET' command and/or anything about this connection please.
I have done an open relay test here: http://www.mailradar.com/openrelay/ and passed all of their checks and I'm curious about this logged connection and wonder if I should worry.

That's a HTTP session that is meant for a web server, not a mail server. Mail servers use the SMTP protocol and won't understand HTTP.

Don't worry - it's just a Chinese IP address scanning yours for an open proxy.  Happens from time to time on most mail servers.
