Diary a message?

I am not aware of any such capability in pmail.  There is a "Remail" feature within Mercury, see below:

A very common situation is to receive a message stating that something will happen on some future date. Is there some way to diary the message and have it re-sent to me on that future date?  Or do I need to use a separate program for this? Thanks!  ...Steve
