For now, I have set up two Pmail folders, each on a different drive. Each will be limited to one host. Once I better understand identies, mailboxes, etc., I will then combine them and perhaps have more questions related to this topic. Thanks to all.

I see where I can add second host name, but in the Internet Mail Options/General tab, I only see the option for one email address. Would there not be an email address related to each host?

You need to set up a second identity for that, and then switch from your default identity to the second if you want to mail from your second email address. (Tools, Identities, Add and then edit the new identity to suit your requirements.)

That said, you can check multiple email addresses from within each identity, i.e. you don't necessarily need multiple identities, but sending becomes much simpler if you go that way.

Thank you, Steffan. I set up the second identity and will work with it to better understand the concept and how to use it. I might have another question (or two) after I work with it.

IMHO, understanding the concepts of Users and Identities is imperative in order to fully utilize the power and flexibility of Pegasus Mail.  Don't hesitate to ask questions.  Spend some time with the help files and manual as well because once you "get" it, you'll wonder how you lived without it.
