Hi - While archving files I somehow lost a Filing Tray named Vendors. That tray contained both Current and Archived Prior Year Vendor mail. In cases where a particular Vendor requires both a Current and Archive for prior calendar years, a Sub-Filing Tray was created in the Vendor Tray. While moving mail from the Current Year to the Archive files my entire File Structure was changed and the Vendor Tray no longer appears, nor do any of the Archive Trays appear.
Using the Edit > Find Text command, I entered text known to be in those Archived messages. The search produced Link Files that list both current and archived records but no where do the File Trays lost appear.
My question is this:
Recognizng the Link Files do not contain the actual message but does contain a path, can I re-create the Vendor and Archive Trays and either Save or Copy the message displayed to the new locations?
Of course it would be preferable to somehow recover the lost trays and hierarchy however I've not succeeded in learning if that is possible but have seen similar posts that indicate the structure must be rebuilt.
thanks for you help - ragsman
