Having difficulty getting messages from company NewEgg (dot) Com about my order not being rendered where I may read them.  I have screen shots of how the message appears when open to full screen, not preview, and one where Ctrl + Mouse Wheel rolled to enlarge font.  The full message is not shown, have contacted NewEgg and filed a complaint, they told me that they look at the messages in Internet Explorer and they show full message.  They are forwarding this issue to their ITs for investigation along with both screen shots.

I await your reply before posting those images or providing them as you wish

Have you tried...

1.  When viewing in fancy (html) view right click in the body of the message and select "Show Pictures (HTML only)"?  This generates a warning which you should heed if you have the slightest question of trust in the external content that will be accessed.

2.  When viewing in fancy (html) view right click in the body of the message and select "Open message in web browser"?

Have not done the Right Click to "Show Pictures (HTML only)", this issue is with just these messages when you order something.  They call them Confirmation of Orders, or something to that effect.  The full body of the message is not displayed, about half goes off to the right side, like too wide for the message.  I have used the Ctrl+Mouse Wheel rolled to enlarge text which is enlarged but the message size is not enlarged as well.  It is a little difficult to explain because it has to do with their method of sending these messages.  It has a tool bar at the top like links to some of their webpages for shopping and that part is not effected by the enlargement of the text.

 If you have a method for me to send you a couple of .jpg files of screen shots of their message so you may see what the issue is about.  I am not very good at attaching things to these forums, if you send me an addy where I may send them directly to you would be easier.
