BCC Emails being suppressed as duplicates?

It seems to me that the Envelope-to header is expected to contain the real recipient of the message as defined in the SMTP envelope from the original sender. If the host that first receives the messages puts some other address there you will have to talk to whoever manages that host to have them either put the proper address in that header or add one more header with it.

I've been a very happy user of Mercury for many years - so let me start by thanking all for a great product.  The issue I've just seen on 4.74, don't know if it predates it is as follows:

I bring my mail in from a host who forwards all incoming emails to my domain to a single account, which is then retrived and distributed by Mercury.   When a user emails in to one person with another at my domain in BCC, only the main TO recipient recieves email.  I saw this:  http://community.pmail.com/forums/post/11797.aspx, but checking that box caused all mail to be rejected.  With the below header, can someone point me in the right direction?  Thanks in advance.
