I dont know what that means! What should it be?
But, apart from that, Verizon Fios "advanced" tech (Verizon is my IP) support tried to help me, changed a hundred things and totally fouled up the whole system. Now I can neither send nor receive, plus they have eliminated all contact with the host and I keep getting the message, "no trace information available".
If I uninstall and reinstall the program, will all my inbox mail, address books and mail folders be eliminated? If not, this may be my best solution. I am totally stymied!
