Thank you, Brian, for you answer. I have tried using the username as you have suggested. Neither of the passwords that I would use for that have worked, however. That is where I am stumped. In the error code, there is a line with "OK" in it after the username and another line with "Invalid" in it after the password. This leads me to believe that the password is actually the issue.
I had been using Network Solutions for domain registration, and web hosting (to include email). I am getting ready to switch to Go Daddy for expense reasons. The person who designed my site is going to be hosting from now on. Unfortunately he is out of communication for the next week.
I have pointed my site to my new host's name servers, but I have not yet switched registration. Currently, any mail sent to my domain address is being bounced back. I need to solve this as quickly as possible.
Do you think following through with the registration change will allow me to reset the password and thereby solve my problem?
