Hi bfluet and Guy
Thank you for your help. I think that I can now see what was puzzling me. When a folder has more emails than fit on the page then Pegasus provides a vertical bar on the right hand side with a black triangle cursor to manipulate the emails up and down from page to page. It's a bit dim of me not to have spotted this.
One other small item that I am unsure of is that at the side of emails in the left hand column there is an icon for attachments. One is the usual paperclip for multi-part attachments and the other isn't explained in the manual but looks like two rectangles, the front one with yellow and red markings. I see that this is for an alternative message attachment but am not sure why there are these two different icons to indicate attachments. I would be grateful if you could elucidate this one.
Thank you
