Did not know the IERenderer was not installed in my version of PMail, using the latest v4.63 for the last, almost a year, and just went to the location for downloading IERndr and installed same.  Do not need to do what you have suggested in your post, it seems the problem was fixed by actaully installing IERenerer latest version along with the latest LibTidy.dll file that was installed but not the latest.  They are working just fine now.

Thank you for your post and suggestion, suspected NewEgg was part of the problem, but; never thought I was also.  Surprise, surprise, awakening . .

Some html messages do not show the graphics all of the time in Preview Mode they will show most, not all of the time, when opening full message window.  After viewing and reading fully open message then closing back to Preview the graphics are still not shown.  This is not just from one location seems to be from several, but; not all of the time.  One that seems to be the one that has this problem more than any other is from NewEgg dot Com.  Get these messages several times a week for their specials.  I presently have one of their messages with this issue on my system now.

Any ideas and/or if you would like to take a look at this message to see if it is something they are doing, or not doing, maybe it is within my system.  Suggestions would be of great help also . .

If you are using Bearhtml to display your graphics, you should disable CSS processing before opening these messages. Key in Shift + Ctrl + "R" and you will see confirmation on the Pegasus Mail status line.  Keying in this sequence again will re-enable CSS processing.

NewEgg is known for its poorly coded CSS content.
