All incoming (new) messages are whitelisted

Menu Tools, then Spam and Content Control. Check the Content Control tab and look at the Currently Defined Control sets. It may be that the listed control set is disabled. Just click the button to enable it. Secondly, you can look into the Global Whitelist dialog and see if the settings are different to other users. There should not be a problem here, because the Global Whitelist only gets changed for email asddresses used by the user to send emails are assumed to be safe.

Also check the whitelist for a generic email address which would allow all users to pass through.

Hello!

I have a problem on my site that all emails coming to one user (only one of 6 users)  are automatically flagged "Is Whitelisted (exempt from spam filtering).

Where do I turn this off?

It seems to be a local user setting on one user only, as all other users are working fine.

Configuration:

Network installation with  Pegasus 4.63 installed.

Does anyone have an idea how to reset this?

Thank you!

Carsten.
