I run a small Mercury mail server and use POP3 as the protocol. I have no problem downloading all the incoming messages with Thunderbird from a number of locations. Thunderbird is set up to leave messages on the server, so I can access the same messages in different locations.
I also have two Android devices, a Nexus 7 and an HTC Droid DNA phone. These are using an Android app called Aquamail to access the same messages from the server. The Android devices regularly are skipping over many of the messages. I tried using the default email app on the Nexus, and it had the same problem. I don't think it's Aquamail. Both Androids are missing the same messages. I've searched the forums here and find nothing about this problem. Any thoughts or things to try would be appreciated.

What settings are you using in MercuryP? Have you got POP3.PRO defined?
