My 'Copies to Self' are not being saved in the mailbox that was assigned the task of storing them. Even if I use my own addy in the To: field when sending to some friends it still lands in SPAM HALTER.
Have checked the filters and they are still the same as when setting them up and they worked just fine for almost a year. Any Replied mail is also being placed in SPAM Halter folder.
Any ideas would be a HELP!!

Excuse me for taking so long to get back to this. Have been rather busy out side of my location, taking friends to Drs appointments.
My system is set to the default settings, SPAM level-80% and NOT-spam boost- 2 plus checked the Database cleanup was set to 180 days, changed to 90 days. Originally there were more than 21,000 records and did a cleanup and are now a little over 19,000.
Will watch that setting and see if things improve any.
Thank you for bringing that to my attention, had forgotten this was here for our use.
P.S. Just checked my SPAM HALTER mail box and there were several copies of email sent that I had addressed to myself because they were BCC field addies. There was also copies listed from my sender's addy that should not have been saved.
There are thunder storms here at this time (0300-0500), have been up since 0115.

I have examined all of the filters and there is not any that move my mail to SPAM Halter folder when using one of my alter egos in "To:" field when using "BCC". The filters that move mail to "SH" do not have any reference to either of my personal addies nor the name used to identify them.
Have even checked the "MenuBar/Folders/Manage Autofilter folders . . ." and there is not any reference to my own personal addies nor the names for each.
There are NO rules for "Create/Edit POP3 rule set . . ."
"Copy to 'Copyself'" there are only four (4) total, two (2) are "Trigger conditions" / F T is (my name for each of my addies) and the other two (2) are referencing the same location "BillPStudios" and 'support@winpatrol.com'.
If you like I will send you screen shots for each of the filter settings, but; as mentioned above there is not any sending my use of my own name for my email addies to be sent to "SPAM HALTER."
Excuse me, neglected to mention they are also going to the 'Copyself' folder, at one time they were not going to that folder now they are going to that folder.
The only other thing that comes to mind is a general rule set associated with either the SPAM HALTER folder or the COPYSELF folder that is copying the messages.
None of the General filtering rule set are to copy any where only 'delete' or 'move to 'SPAM Halter' and none are triggering on either of my own addies or using the 'BCC' field. A couple are setting colour to a Rose. Usually when a message sent by me is placed in SPAM Halter it is Green. Basicly am at a loss as to what is happening.
There has been NO change to this problem, just needing to keep a watch on the SPAM Halter folder so there is not any mail I have sent being placed there and remaining there.
DO have an additional problem, my PMail is now creating 'blank, no subjects, nor addies or body' email and placing them in the 'Queue'. When attempting to clear them they show as being deleted from the queue, but; when changing to any other function or any selections of PMail and then returning to the queue it is back again. Even when closing the system the box about 'Unsent mail' comes up and usually just exit only. There have been times I have gone back into the 'Queued' folder entered an 'alter ego' and tell it to send the Exit, it does that and when restarting their back. Some times there may be several empty messages and sent them and received those in my inbox and just deleted them from there, yet there is still another in the Queued folder. Do not use any templates nor created any, that should not be a source.
Just wished the version five (5) was ready . .
Well now time will tell the tail, er, tale if what I just did will solve these issues. After posting the previous message went back into PMail and did a right/click on the SPAM Halter folder and found, had not seen this before, "Autofiltering" and went into "Manage autofilter folder. ." found one of my personal addies listed and attempted to delete just that one addy, WRONG, they all were deleted. There were selections checked for the top three (3) 'Autofiltering configured,'Message filing active,' and 'Address gathering active' which are still selected.
Was only checking the Menu Bar/Tools/Mail filtering Rules and opening each for the Rules. Did not know about the Right/Click on each folder to find the AutoFiltering feature.
Excuse me for not knowing about this last filter area.
One Question, how may I create any addies in that Right/Click menu of Autofiltering/Manage autofilter folder listing of addies to be moved to SPAM Halter?

As mentioned in my previous post, "Time Will Tell the Tale," and it has been some time like about eleven (11) days and that has cured that issue.
Now have a problem with PMail placing a totally 'blank' copy in the queue and the 'Open Saved Messages' without any To:, Subject, nor body. Has the 11 Oct 2013 for 'Draft messages' and 14 Oct, 2013 for Queued messages have deleted them many time over yet the still appear. I delete them and they will be recreated when attempting to close PMail. The Window shows up about mail within the Queue and have used all three (3) selections to attempt to stop this but it keeps on going, like the 'Energizer Bunny.'
