Graphics in Incoming Message not Displaying Properly

Hi there,

This is a known problem with this company's invoices. It should only happen if you are using Bearhtml to do the html rendering. To prove this out, while viewing this message, key in Shift + Ctrl + R which will turn off rendering of CSS content in the message. Close and re-open the message and it should appear correctly formatted.

This is an invoice I received from Newegg.

As you can see, the critical information is only partially

shown. I can cut and paste and see all the info, but it is

not in the right format.

Is that a fault of my settings or the fault of

their invoice format?

I have my mail set to show the "fancy

version".

This is weird!! When I preview this post, it doesn't show anything but the subject.

Am I doing something wrong?

Try opening the message (from the context menu popping up when right-clicking into non-image part) the message in your browser if you're sure it isn't a spam mail: This should either look better or fail in there as well so you can tell who's at fault here. For fixing anything if it can be fixed at all we would need to take a look at the raw HTML part of the message.
