Thanks - that was it - hidden behind main screen.

Became visible after I reduced the size of the panel Now the new dialogue box appears on top as previously.

Last week I migrated Pegasus to a new computer (Win 8 x 64) - incoming / outgoing works just as designed and no problem.

Files transfer from the new mail folder to other folders without a problem - the ONLY problem I have is not being able to create a new tray or folder!!

When trying to create a new folder (or tray) Pegasus freezes! The only way to shut down the process is via task manager.

I welcome any advice as to where to look for the issue and how to rectify.

It's very likely that the folder selection window pops up outside of the visible screen. You should search the forum for other such cases and the advice given there because I don't have Pegasus Mail available to tell you about the exact configuration file right now (it should either be hierarch.pm or any of the state files in your mailbox directory).
