I found the offending file and deleted it and am back in business. Sorry for the intrusion.

I really apologize 'cos I know this has been asked and answered before however I don't find the message thread(s) on a search for the subject line. I remember reading that this can be the result of one of the PM files in a user's folder that's either too big or empty. After I close PM (with the alert window that it's not responding), I delete the lock file in my personal mail box and try to open PM again. No joy, it just sits there. Looking through my personal mail folder I don't see any overly large files. Sorry to come to the well again but what should I be looking for?
