Mail filing trays have disappeared - how do I undo this?

Thanks once I found the right one on the back up drive and copied it across, it worked a treat.

Cheers

My mail filing trays have disappeared completely on opening PM without my consciously asking for this to be done.

The message folders (I have a lot of them) have all been listed alphabetically and are now totally unorganised.

Is there a quick fix or am I going to have to recreate all my filing trays again (If I can remember them all) and go through each folder and move each one back?

Cheers

All the *.PM files have disappeared from the folder where the PMAIL files are when I look using Windows Explorer.

I may try copying them back in from my remote backup drive and see if that works, anything is better than trying to manually reorganise 100s of message folders.

The *.PM files reside in the mailbox directories.  To restore a tray structure you need to restore the hierarch.pm file from a backup

of the mailbox directory.   Do this with Pegasas Mail closed.
